Is my data safe?

Built in KL. Hosted in Singapore for low-latency PDPA compliance, encrypted in transit and at rest. Identity documents are stored separately from your operational data and access-logged. You can export everything you've ever uploaded, anytime.

Do you support DuitNow / TNG / FPX?

FPX, DuitNow, e-wallets, and cards are supported via Billplz today. More gateways are on the roadmap. Tenants can also upload a manual transfer slip for you to verify — that's how most Malaysian rentals already work.

What about LHDN receipts?

Every verified payment generates a stamped PDF receipt with the line items, parties, and reference number your accountant needs. Receipts are tax-ready — not LHDN-certified e-invoicing, which is on the roadmap.

Do I need to install an app?

No. PropNotify runs in your browser today, on your phone or your laptop. iOS and Android apps are coming soon — you don't need to wait.

Can I leave (data export)?

Yes. Export every payment, lease, receipt, and maintenance ticket as PDF or CSV from your settings page. We don't hold your records hostage.
